Pets: Small dogs welcome for an additional fee of $15.00, subject to prior management approval.
Smoking: This is a no smoking establishment. We provide receptacles for outside smoking only.
Housekeeping: As part of our conservation effort Housekeeping is provided for extended stays. Additional towels and bedding available upon request.
Families with Children: We welcome families with children. We can accommodate additional occupants. Rates quoted are based on 2 person occupancy. Rollaway beds available upon request, subject to a $15.00 per night fee and management approval.
Cancellation Policy: Please call to cancel or change a reservation. To cancel a reservation we require 1-week advance written notice. If you make a reservation and do not show, your credit card will be charged for a 1-night minimum stay. All same day cancellations will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50.00
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to their room and will be charged for repair or replacement of damaged item. Smoking is prohibited in the room. A minimum fee of $300.00 will be charged to your credit card, for clean up, if you choose to smoke in the room.
